Noted below are the Terms & Conditions applicable when making a purchase from Pursuit the Label (pursuitthelabel.com).

SHIPPING
Order processing
All orders will be processed within 48 hours by Annabel & Hannah. If there are any amends that you would like to make to your order before it has been shipped, please email us urgently at info@pursuitthelabel.com or get in touch with us here!
ORDER SHIPPING
UK Shipping
We are pleased to offer complementary special delivery shipping with Royal Mail. To ensure that you receive your order when required, please ensure to factor in order processing time.
*If you have pre-ordered an item, please take into account the made-to-order lead time which will determine how long it will take to receive your item.

International shipping
We offer Express Shipping with DHL Express as we find this to be the most time convenient and reliable service. All shipping lead times and prices can be found at the checkout. We also offer international tracked and signed shipping with Royal Mail. Europe lead times (3-5 working days), Worldwide lead times (5-7 working days).
*Please note, these prices do not include local duty, customs or tax fees associated with International orders – this is the ultimate responsibility of the customer.
Co-Founders Annabel and Hannah design and create each piece to flatter each and every woman which, we are proud to say, is one of the reasons why our customers constantly return to shop with us (thank you ladies). If for whatever reason, your item is not what you'd hoped, please see here for our exchanges and refunds policy or get in touch with us directly.
EXCHANGES
We offer exchanges for all full price items received back to us in original condition within 30 days of purchasing.
Sale items are non refundable and valid for exchange only for a different size or style.
Pre-orders are valid for exchange provided that they are sent back to us within 30 days of receiving your item and are in original condition with the swings attached. Please note, in some circumstances, it may take slightly longer to receive your exchange based on our stock levels. The customer will be made aware of low stock levels.
Please simply fill out the form provided to you and send back to us with the items you wish to exchange. If you did not receive this form, please e-mail us at info@pursuitthelabel.com
*By original condition we mean clean, unwashed and unworn items with sanitary stickers (applicable to all bottoms pieces) and original hang tags attached. Exchanges not abiding by this policy will be returned to the sender.
All shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Postage costs for exchanging or returning items are not covered by Pursuit The Label and are the responsibility of the customer.
REFUNDS
If for whatever reason, you are unhappy with your item(s), and would like a refund, please fill out the form provided with your items and send the unwanted item(s) back to us within 30 days from your date of purchase in their original condition. If you did not receive this form, please e-mail us at info@pursuitthelabel.com
Refunds are not valid on sale items.
Pre-orders are valid for a refund provided that they are sent back to us within 30 days of receiving your item in original condition with all swings attached.
*By original condition we mean clean, unwashed and unworn items with sanitary stickers (applicable to all bottoms pieces) and original hang tags attached. Returns not abiding by this policy will be returned to the sender.
Please note that the refund will not include original shipping costs.
The goods are your responsibility until they have reached us. We therefore recommend getting tracked delivery and retaining proof of postage to ensure it does not go missing in transit. The cost of returning the goods to us is the customer’s responsibility and shipping fees cannot be refunded.
Once we have received your items with the completed returns/exchange form(s), we will begin to process the refund and will notify you once this has been completed. Please allow up to 7 working days for the refund to to be returned to your original method of payment.
*Please be careful when trying your items by ensuring that you do not stain the items with make-up, deodorant and are not wearing perfume which may leave a scent or marks on the item(s).
